We specialise in renewable energy resources in low voltage as well as high voltage power systems. With extensive knowledge about current standards and new developments in IEC 61850, we provide consulting in the area of power utility automation as well.

Research and Development

QNE performs both application-oriented, industry-driven research and development as well as independent scientific research in international cooperation with several universities. Current research goals include, but are by no means limited to, grid-friendly appliances, CO2-friendly demand-side management, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence as well as hard real-time scheduling for demand-side management.
